    By submitting an order, you authorize Vibrant Fork to charge your selected payment
   method.
4. Subscriptions and Cancellations
    Meal plans and bundles may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.
    You may manage or cancel your subscription through your online account.

 Changes or cancellations must be made before the weekly cutoff date posted on our
website; otherwise, you will be charged for and receive the scheduled delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery
    Deliveries are currently available only within designated areas of California.
    Delivery dates and times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our
   control.
    Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
6. SMS/Text Messaging
    By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Vibrant Fork, including order
   updates, delivery notifications, and promotional offers.
    Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
    You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
    Receiving SMS messages is not required to make a purchase.
7. Accounts and Security
    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
    Vibrant Fork is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your
   account.

    amount you paid for the specific order at issue.
